The philosophy at Summit Regenerative Health is and always has been “Whatever is best for the patient”.
We always have the best interests of our patients in mind. If needed, we work with and refer to other medical specialists and diagnostic facilities to ensure we are doing everything we can for each individual patient. If your case is within our scope of practice we will gladly accept you as a patient and help you determine an effective protocol. If your symptoms suggest you may need further testing or procedures we will make the appropriate referral to make sure you have the right care.
It is a common practice of Dr. Gray and Dr. Peitrobon to review and discuss patient cases with Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physiatrists, and Physical Therapists.
Dr. Samuel Gray
Chiropractor
Dr. Samuel Gray has been providing Waterford and the surrounding communities with exceptional chiropractic care since 1988. Over the course of his career, he has helped thousands of patients improve their health and quality of life, with special interests in sports and athletic injuries, disc-related conditions, and family wellness care.
Dr. Gray is a proud member of both the Michigan Association of Chiropractors and the American Chiropractic Association. His passion for chiropractic began at the age of eleven when he witnessed a chiropractor help his mother avoid spinal surgery. That experience inspired a lifelong mission to help others achieve better health through natural, drug-free care.
“I love helping people reach their full potential,” says Dr. Gray. “Wellness is built on three pillars: how you think, how you move, and what you eat. I consider myself a health director for my patients, and I sincerely have their best interests at heart.”
Dr. Gray believes that chiropractic care and traditional medicine work best when they complement one another. Throughout his career, he has developed strong relationships within the medical community and maintains an extensive referral network of trusted healthcare professionals across many specialties. Many local physicians not only refer patients to Dr. Gray but also seek his care personally.
“My philosophy is simple,” he explains. “I treat every patient as an individual and always do what is right for them. Our team has helped a significant number of patients achieve excellent outcomes through our approach to care. When a patient would benefit from additional testing, a different treatment strategy, or another specialist’s opinion, I make sure they are connected with the right provider.”
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Gray serves on the Oakland County Sheriff’s Advisory Committee and proudly supports numerous local charities, youth sports organizations, and community initiatives. He is also a co-owner of STRETCHZONE, a practitioner-assisted stretching company, and currently oversees five locations throughout Metro Detroit.
Outside the office, Dr. Gray is the lead singer of The Foster Brooks Band, a local rock-and-roll cover band. He enjoys tennis, travel, fitness, and spending time with family. He and his wife have been happily married for 37 years and are blessed with three daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren.
For nearly four decades, Dr. Gray has remained committed to helping patients live healthier, more active lives through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a genuine dedication to their well-being.
Dr. Derrik Peitrobon
Chiropractor
Meet Dr. Derrik Pietrobon, a dedicated chiropractor who has served communities in Chicago, Colorado Springs, and now proudly practices in Waterford, Michigan. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Pietrobon has cared for patients from all walks of life — from active athletes to busy families — helping them move, heal, and thrive through personalized chiropractic care.
With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Pietrobon takes time to understand each person’s unique needs and goals, providing holistic care tailored to the individual. Specializing in neurological, structural, and biomechanical imbalances, he is deeply committed to delivering precise, thoughtful care that helps patients and their families live active, healthy, and vibrant lives.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Pietrobon enjoys running, biking, fishing, and exploring all that Michigan has to offer with his wife. He is excited to bring his expertise to Summit Regenerative Health and to play an active role in improving the quality of life for his patients.
Amber Hogan, PA
Physician Assistant
Amber Hogan is a passionate and dedicated Physician Assistant with a strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, and ultrasound-guided injections. After graduating from The University of Toledo in 2018, she moved to Minnesota, where she treated athletes from Minnesota State University. She also worked with members of the Flint City Bucks while practicing in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Amber is deeply passionate about orthopedics and sports medicine and is a strong advocate for proper rehabilitation through physical and occupational therapy. She also has a growing interest in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic procedures.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. She and her loving husband, Leonard, along with their son, Lucas, and dog, Jupiter, happily reside in Southfield, Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active at the gym, watching sports, and exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie.
Amber is excited to bring fresh energy to Summit and is committed to providing the highest level of care and treatment to every patient.
Our Support Staff
Kylie
Kylie is the Assistant Office Manager at Summit Regenerative Health and is passionate about helping others. A longtime patient of Dr. Grays, she enjoys working alongside him and supporting patients on their wellness journey. Kylie looks forward to completing her education and pursuing a career in the medical field.
Julia
Lindsey
Lindsey is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield in 2017. She started with Summit Regenerative Health right after graduation. Often using a combination of therapeutic and relaxing techniques in each session, she tries to promote wellness in both body and mind. She also offers hot stone massage, prenatal massage, CBD massage and deep tissue massage.
Hadel
Katey
Katey graduated from Irene’s Myomassology in 2016. Returning to Summit Regenerative Health after practicing massage in Marquette, MI the last 5 years. She specialized in deep tissue, sports massage, active range of motion, cupping, and prenatal techniques. If she isn’t at Summit Regenerative Health you can find Katey near a lake or hiking in the woods with her dogs.
Nicole
Nicole is a 2017 alumna of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Certified Reiki Practitioner with specialties in headache massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue, and sports therapy. With nine years of experience, Nicole has refined her sessions to focus on pain management, tailoring each massage to the exact needs of her patients.
On her days off, Nicole enjoys practicing yoga, painting, hiking with her dog, spending time with family, and seeing live music with friends.
Annie
Annie is a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant with a passion for holistic health, natural healing, and helping others achieve their highest level of wellness. She is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient and enjoys being part of their journey toward better health and improved quality of life.
Annie believes that true wellness comes from supporting the body, mind, and lifestyle as a whole. Since joining Summit Regenerative Health, she has gained a deep appreciation for the benefits of chiropractic care, non-surgical spinal decompression, and regenerative medicine. She has been continually impressed by the remarkable improvements patients achieve through these natural, conservative approaches to healing and finds it rewarding to witness their progress firsthand.
Outside of the office, Annie is a talented artist who enjoys painting and creating unique pieces that bring joy to others. Her creativity, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping people make her a valued member of the Summit Regenerative Health team.
Dana
As a member of the team at Summit Regenerative Health, Dana takes pride in supporting patients throughout their wellness journey and helping create a positive, welcoming experience in the office. She values the opportunity to be part of a field that emphasizes the body’s ability to heal and thrive when given the proper support.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her son and family, watching baseball and football, and escaping up north on the weekends whenever possible. She also loves being outdoors, especially near the water, where she can relax, recharge, and enjoy Michigan’s natural beauty. Her caring personality and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of the Summit Regenerative Health team.
